Does anyone know why the interface is showing "reset" for layer 1 on a serial interface? I have removed the interface from the T1 controller and setup the interface again and have no cable plugged into the port, yet the device still states layer 1 is in "reset" indefinitely.

can you post the output of a show interface fo rthat interface?
