Internal nat redirection (loopback)

I am new to cisco equipment and am setting up an 1800 series integrated services router, everything works great except that external users can access our web server through the firewall and nat but internal users are unable to via the external address. This is a function that in enabled on just about any low end gateway (i.e. linksys WAP11). I am sure this can be remedied via dns but the location does not have an internal dns server. Am I missing something simple here?

Could you please advise the connection between server, FW, external & internal ? You may require to add corresponding NAT for internal to the server at FW ? Is the 1800 acted as FW too ? If yes, you may require to use internal address to access the server.
