Router restarting itself is definitely something very unpleasant and in most cases, it is caused by an IOS bug or possible hardware problem. In any case, if a router reboots itself, it may log a console message why it crashed, and also, the show version command output should contain a brief explanation of the reason for the recent reload. Can you please capture the console during the crash and the subsequent show version output and post it here? Your current configuration does not seem to have any obvious problems, and besides, no configuration should be accountable for router reboots.
