Internet failver to mpls

Hello,

We have three offices and last week our internet at site 1 went down and I have no way to direct traffic to CORP over mpls. The trace route did got to CORP MPLS router but die there and never hit the firewall to go out. Below is our setup

Site1


Core Swith

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.169.100.10 ( 192.168.100.10 is WAN LAN router of site 1)

RouterA

Ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.10.10 ( 192.168.100.10 is CORP MPLS IP) ( 192.168.100.9 is CORP Peer)

Firewall to internet allow any IP to NAT overload. Not sure what I am missing here. Thanks

It's really hard to say without a diagram of some sort. Can you post  your topology with addressing (not public addressing).
