Inverse-ARP not working with IPv6

I have FR network with IPv6 addressing. When I use static mapping of IPv6 addresses, I can ping across the network OK; when I try to use InARP, it doesn't seem to work (yes, I know I cannot ping between spokes without static map). What can be wrong?

It's pretty old (2003), so I am not sure whether it is valid. In it they write:

In IPv4, the Inverse Address Resolution Protocol (Inverse ARP) is used to dynamically map the network-layer address of a node at the far end of a PVC to that PVC. Refer to the "Configuring ATM" and "Configuring Frame Relay" chapters of the Release 12.2, Cisco IOS Wide-Area Networking Configuration Guide publication for information on configuring Inverse ARP. In IPv6, Inverse Neighbor Discovery is used to dynamically map the global IPv6 address of a node at the far end of a PVC to that PVC.

Searching "Inverse Neighbor Discovery" doesn't yield any useful information though.

So I still have no definite answer about IPv6 inverse ARP.
