Hi,
I would suggest you to change the boot priority of the switch if it is having two IOS.
switch(config-t)#boot-start-marker
switch(config-t)#boot system flash: new IOS
switch(config-t)#boot system flash: old IOS
switch(config-t)#boot-end-marker
switch(config-t)#do write
Reboot the switch afterward and it should start with the new IOS.
With Regards
Chinmoy

Hi Jahan,
That is now how you upgrade the 3850 model.
The 3650 and 3850 has a different way to upgrade the switch
Before proceeding, verify what boot type your switch uses. Most of what I encounter are "Install mode"
Anyway, follow steps below:
1. Verify Install type
#dir flash:
#show version
**IF:
A. INSTALL MODE
1. *.pkg files are present
2. DO: #show version
LOOK FOR: System bundle file is:
DISPLAYS: "flash:packages.conf"
B. BUNDLE MODE
1. *.bin file only
2. DO: #show version
LOOK FOR: System bundle file is:
DISPLAYS: <Another file compared to the file mentioned above>
Once you have verified the install type, proceed with the proper firmware update.
SEE THIS LINK: CLICK ME
Again, please consider what your switch is currently set to: Either Install mode and Bundle mode
All the instructions should be on the link i provided :)
