Thanks for the link, me have been much profit, have followed the procedure but to the end of the upload of the ios through XMODEM they give an error to me: program_flash_ex: Write Errorrommon 2 >

Hi

There is one command in ROMMON which is "tftpdnld".Try it.

rommon 1>tftpdnld

Then it will show all the related commands line IP address, Subnet mask,Gateway, file name and TFTP server ip.

rommon 2>IP_ADDRESS:= 192.168.1.1

and so on.....

then give again tftpdnld, it will load image from the TFTP server.

If any probs, revert back.

I have tried to seguiere the procedure "tftpdnld"

has loaded the ios, but when it has succeeded in to cancel the old one ios, it has given an error to me.

File reception completed.

Copying file c1700-sy-mz_121-1.bin to flash.

Erasing flash at 0x608f0000timeout on flash read status command

sector erase failed at location 0x608f0000, status 0x20

flash sector will NOT erase...aborting

Which problem can be? And what I can make?
