Solved: IP Accounting

Hi,

We have a WS-C3750E-24TD with a 12.2(44)SE2 image.

I am trying to configure ip accounting on one interface to see the specific ip addresses generating the amount of traffic.

Although the command is supported on the interface but no output is seen

Can anyone please help me in viewing the ip addresses generating packets.

i will suggest you configure a SPAN (mirroring) interface and take the output to analyse it outside of the switch. or use open source solutions like NTOP to find what your looking for. search for NTOP at freshmeat.net
