I have a problem with the IP Communicator registration with the appropriate call manager. Basically we have two call managers in out network at the movement, one with the version 4.1 and the other with 4.0 version. We are slowly migrating all the systems on 4.0 version call manager to the new 4.1 version call manager. I am trying to configure IP communicator for one of our customer, after i installed the call manager, during its initialization it get registered to the old call manager with 4.0 version which is not compatable with IP Communicator. I tried to change the Preferences of the Ip Communicator by assigning the New call manager Ip with 4.1 Version in the TFTP server settings but still the ip communicator registers with the old call manager as its active call manager.
Can any one please let me know how can i change the active call manager settings from old ip to the new call manager.
