IP QoS

Hi,

I have a network consists of 1 HQ node with 65 remote offices. Apparently, these node are linked together via a MPLS cloud. I have both VoIP and data running on this network. I am thinking of using IP precedence setting to carry the QoS for traffic. Is there any document I can read as in how to make routers aware that, Voice traffic is treated with top priority than data or vice versa?
