Ip rtp priority command lost

I have two routers connected by ppp link. One 2811 and one 2801 at the other side.

Both routers has been configured with 'ip rtp priority' under Serial interface. Sometimes with no reason, the ip rtp priority command disappear on the 2811 but not on the 2801.

I enable logging messages and could notice that every time that it happens, the router 2811 log the following messages.

Mar 21 17:02:01: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Serial0/0/1, changed state to down

Mar 21 17:02:03: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Serial0/0/1, changed state to up

Mar 21 17:02:05: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface Serial0/0/1, changed state to down

Mar 21 17:02:06: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Serial0/0/1, changed state to down

Mar 21 17:02:08: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface Serial0/0/1, changed state to up

In the 2801 has no log.

2811 has c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.124-11.T1.bin

2801 has c2801-spservicesk9-mz.123-14.T7.bin

2811 had 12.4(9) and was upgraded to 12.4(11) now

any ideas?
