Router setup with following config. is not generating snmp trap;
Router - 2611XM
IOS - 12.3(12b)

rtr reaction-configuration 1 timeout-enable threshold-type immediate action-type
trapOnly
rtr schedule 1 life forever start-time now
Config end ---
SNMP configuration is setup properly and working for other trap events.
SHOW RTR COLLECTION-STATISTICS show the the Timeout counter is increasing, but no SNMP trap is being triggered.
Any help or ideas?
