IP SLA track down issue

I amfacing the issue of track down in point to point 10 MB link, earlier it was 20 MB after downgrade the link, mentioned issue has occurred(refer error logs attached).We have tested following point with service provider as below.

  • End to End testing.
  • Bert testing
  • Got Router Port changed
  • Got the MUX port changed
  • Lcas/link integrity enabled: In this feature, whenever there is a problem in link, interface should also go down. – There was no interface down alert observed at customer end device.
  • Performance Management (PM) feature enabled: This will give the logs if any issue in the link. - There were no issues observed in logs.

would there be any impact on IP SLA tracking when we change the bandwidth of the link.

Please go through the attached sh tech and show log output.
