How to configure the following IP SLA:
configure ip sla udp jitter operatio number 10 will start in 1 hours and run foreever
destination IP:172.16.1.100
PORT :2000
AFTE FINISHING CONFIGURATION WILL START INTANTLY

On the target destination device, you need
ip sla monitor responder
