integration between ccx 5.0 and um 6.0 if you can help where i can find a document that can lead me with a clear way through the steps.

In case you have a cluster make sure all CCM are in the same version. Here is the link for integrating CCM and VM http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/6_0_1/ccmcfg/bccm.pdf
