Is there a way to configure ethernet load balancing?

I have two (pairs)of 2811 routers, I want to load balance acrossed them. I've configured hsrp so one pair is primary and the second pair is primary on the other end. (crossover connectd) It will work this way, just not quite right, loose pings, serials not real balanced.

I want a virtual address between the two ethernet ip addresses to use as a gateway address and the routers to equally share the address. (or any suggestions to balance accross the serial links).

did u check out something inline with GLBP instead of having different groups with HSRP ??
