i thought there must be some other best path selection method,like extcommunity cost,i want to know more route control method

Of course, you can use communities to influence path selection, but this will not override the general policy of route selection criteria for BGP.
However, there may be other features in BGP that I don't know about.
Let's wait for others to look at your request.

You can certainly make use of ext communities or cost or other things to influence BGP routing. But you use them to influence things like Local Preference, or Weight which are within the general path selection criteria.
To answer the original question: no there is not a way to select BGP routes that is outside of the normal 13 step path selection criteria.
As Istvan says, if you can tell us what you are trying to accomplish perhaps we can suggest ways to achieve it.
