We could give more precise answers if you would provide some details of how the routers are configured. But these messages make clear that both routers are attempting to use the same ID for CHAP authentication. By default the router will use its routerID (hostname) as the ID for CHAP but can be configured with a different ID to use for CHAP authentication. (So if we knew the config details we would know which variant we are dealing with).
But the solution is clear: one of these routers must be configured with an ID different from "cr1".
