isdn bri line problem

One of my isdn lines stoped working, it is ISDN backup. Until moday I cannot get any info provider or central side router admin. Does anyone can see from attached debug what could be problem?

Can't find the reason (unknown reason) from the capture. Check below link may help :

You can also try to enable the "debug ppp negotiation" and "debug ppp authentication" if you use PPP in this link.
