You need to be more descriptive in your problem. However the best place to start troubleshooting this would be to enable DEBUG ISDN Q931. This will show you the status of the calls and give you the reason for the disconnects.
One very common cause of ISDN calls getting disconnected is that one of the routers does not have a dialer-group or perhaps a dialer-list configured to define interesting traffic. Without interesting traffic defined the inactivity timer never gets reset and when it counts down the call is disconnected. So check to see if one of the routers does not have dialer-group or dialer-list.
