ISDN does not stay connected more than 20 seconds

I am not sure which router generated this debug output, but I suspect that the issue is on the other router. I see PPP starting LCP and sending this output message over and over

LCP: O CONFREQ [Starting] id 1 len 15

But I do not see any response traffic and the attempt times out. Can you get this type of debug from the other router?

Hi Rick,

The debug comes from Router1, but I have the same debug on the other router as well.
