Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help. With have a Cisco 5811 using a PRI ISDN line and about every 5 or 6 hours the line will lose sync with the router leaving us with no phone lines. After a simple restart of the router everything comes back to normal.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

I feel you are talking about 2811 here,if thats the case can you clarify whether you are seeing any logs related to the disconnects ?
Also the kinda card which you have in place out there in your router.
If possible do post out the output of show logs and show tech-support which may provide vital clues and possible reasons behind this kinda misbehaviour observed with your box.

Thanks for the reply, I am talking about the 2811 so have know idea where I got the other model number from.
I can post the show tech logs but there doesnt seem to be any logs regarding the disconnects.
I have to apologise as I have been thrown in at the deep end with this cisco kit and have inherited the system whilst having to learn about it extremely quickly.
