Does one physical bri interface have many B channels inside? Is "bri0" interface referring to a physical cable? How is the ISDN interface/cable look like? Is it just like a regular serial interface? What about D-channel? Where is it? Is D-channel also inside on physical cable along with B channels? B and D channels are logical or physical channel?

one ISDN bri means you have 2B+1D channel for the communication... here all the channels are logical...

and yes all channels are multiplex with single physical interface...

Hello,

in addition to Devang's post, ISDN uses a straight cable, just like the ones you use for your Ethernet connections. The B and D channels are part of the 48 bit frame that ISDN sends at layer 1. Have a look at the link below for a better understanding of what B and D channels actually mean:
