ISDN Layer 3 Problem

enabled debug isdn Q931 and Q921,

recieving the below logs,

Layer 1, 2 are active, layer is also fine, still not sure, as tested by telco, voice and data calls are happening in this line,

What happens if you configure bearer-cap speech under voice-port?
