I have a isdn circuit where the tei keeps going up and down. My telco is telling me it is not their problem. I think there is a problem at their CO on their switch. They keep telling meit is a cisco problem. If you have had this issue before let me know whether or not this might be a problem with my bri card. Layer 1 and 2 are up solid and do not flap. Thanks.
