Dear All,

I am having problem in ISDN at remote end..

While I am taking test from remote end .. Then first I given show isdn status then layer 1 is deactivated.

After I given this cmd isdn test call int bri1/0 remote end PRI number after layer 1 is become active. layer 2 is showing not activated . so what could be the problem and what are the points I want to be check

can you post the config of the remote end router here ?

also have you tried doing debug isdn q931/q921 while trying to do manual call.

if possible to collect the output results of both q921/q931 here.
