How to whitelist IP's if the service provider is Blacklisted, the result of this is undeliverable mails as they are getting bounced back. While some specify the reason, others say PTR records missing. Pls suggest

You must work with your provider in some cases.
Other cases simply require a reverse-lookup in your dns.

HI Satya,
The IP's can be whitelisted unless & until the ISP pay to the Blacklisting authority and control the No# of SPAM Messages.
The Temporary workaroud is, if the ISP has a RELAY Service means kindly avail the same. This might solve your problem of Mailing issues.
