You must work with your provider in some cases.

Other cases simply require a reverse-lookup in your dns.

please see the following links for more info on dns reverse-lookups:

reverse lookup tool -

http://www.zoneedit.com/lookup.html or

http://remote.12dt.com/rns/

description - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/164213

RFC - http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc1035.txt?number=1035

HI Satya,

The IP's can be whitelisted unless & until the ISP pay to the Blacklisting authority and control the No# of SPAM Messages.

The Temporary workaroud is, if the ISP has a RELAY Service means kindly avail the same. This might solve your problem of Mailing issues.

Hope I am Informative.

Pls RATE if HELPS

Best Regards,
