Hello Shijo,
in the outbound direction towards internet this is possible by using different tools depending on scenario:
from two default static routes pointing to the two ISPs next-hops to optimized edge routing including eBGP scenarios.
For inbound your can just try to have return traffic on both links but not fair load sharing
