Was wondering if anyone knows of a work around to a limitation to a LAN Mobility solution I am testing.
I have setup lan mobility and it works 100% if the mobile host has only 1 ip address. I have a requirement for a LAN Mobility solution where the mobile host has two ip addresses sharing the same mac address.
From my testing LAN Mobility seems to only work on the first ip address that is used. Host routes are never redistributed for the second address.
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
