Hi, one of my remote routers up and down for a while. I can login to it now, But seeing the serial interface that is connected to ISP is showing LAPF state down. That serial is frame-relay encapsulation. May you advice .

Hi,
LAPF down state may nothing to do with your issue. I suggest you to reachout to the carrier. Google for 'LAPF' and you find more information.
