Limit of virtual Mac addresses used on same physical interface

When using HSRP on subinterfaces , Is there a limit of number of virtual Mac addresses used under same physical interfaces ?

The setup : multiple fast ethernet subinterfaces under the same physical interface .HSRP is to be configured on every subinterface .

There is no such restriction on the number of subinterfaces running HSRP. Only restriction for HSRP in Subinterfaces is that the HSRP groups on subinterfaces must have a group number unique among all other groups on all subinterfaces on the same main interface. This is because subinterfaces do not receive a unique SNMP interface index. If you had two groups with the number N on different subinterfaces, then in the MIB, group N on sub-interface 1 and group N on sub-interface 2 would appear to be the same group.
