Load Balancing and Redundancy

I am using MHSRP for load balancing and redundancy.   As per attached file can i configure GLBP.

I have two link with two different ISP1 and ISP2  (I dont have my Own Public Block IP Addresss)

I have two Core Switches 3750 each connected with Stack Cable (Interconnected Each Other)

I have 8 vlans on core switch 3750.

I am looking to configure GLBP for load balancing and redundancy.

I have to configure each vlan as separate glbp group? please any one can help me in this?

If you mean configure GLBP on the 3750 switches then you can't because it is not supported on the 3750 switches so you should stick with MHSRP.

Jon

i am talking about on routers and i need to configure on routers not switches

Yes, you need to put each vlan in a separate GLBP group.

Have a look at this configuration example with multiple vlans.

thanks a lot Sharif i know this scenario i am talking about on router sides not in core switches 3750.

regards

The configuration is the same as other routers:

here is an example config from a 2821 router:

T-1(config-if)#do sh run int gi0/0
Building configuration...

Current configuration : 246 bytes
!
interface GigabitEthernet0/0
description $ETH-LAN$$ETH-SW-LAUNCH$$INTF-INFO-GE 0/0$
mtu 1546
ip address 172.17.1.2 255.255.255.0
ip pim sparse-mode
duplex auto
speed auto
glbp 10 ip 172.17.1.3
glbp 10 priority 110
glbp 10 preempt
end

T-1(config-if)#

yes sharif same like this, but  i have to define all vlans in router with glbp groups and other things is that i need to take one standby ip address from that vlans. i am right or wrong.  I need to define all vlans with glbp group.

Ex:  Core switches vlans

192.168.15.1

192.168.16.1

192.168.17.1

192.168.18.1

192.168.19.1

192.168.20.1

192.168.21.1

I Need to configure GLBP in router like this.

Inteface fastethernet 0/0

Ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0

glbp 10 ip 192.168.1.2
glbp 10 priority 110
glbp 10 preempt

glbp 15 ip 192.168.15.2

glbp 10 priority 110
glbp 10 preempt

glbp 15 ip 192.168.16.2

glbp 10 priority 110
glbp 10 preempt

glbp 15 ip 192.168.17.2

glbp 10 priority 110
glbp 10 preempt

go on till 192.168.21.1 vlans.

like this i have to configure in router, please update me.

regards

If your routes are the default gateways for 8 vlans, then you have to configure GLBP per sub-interface

example

Inteface fastethernet 0/0.15

glbp 15

Inteface fastethernet 0/0.16

glbp 16

Inteface fastethernet 0/0.17

glbp 17

and so on...

no i have all vlans are configured in 3750 switches,

again i have i configure BVI interface on router then i need to trunk to switches vlans.
