Load balancing between primary and secondary webserver

Load balancing between primary and secondary web server and internet access for both the server required but i am getting only load balancing with them and they are not able to access internet through NAT and rotatory.both are directly connected to my ADSL internet router.PLe help me.

what is the output of

sh ip nat translations

Have you placed the servers in a DMZ interface ?

inside global inside outside local

114.143.x.x 172.16.10.24

there is no DMZ

from internet all ports are opening. how to block all except 80 for internet user and 25 for out side user.
