What is the actual difference between both these terms in the context when there are 2 links to internet.Does it mean both links would be used simultaneously in particular proportion or does it indicate either of links will be used one at a time, but not together?

Thanks in Advance.

Good question!

I stand corrected, but I would say its the same concept.

Per destination load balancing, could either lead to a link used constantly at all times if all packets are going to same destination. or 2 or more links used at same time for different destiantions.

The end results is that the load is shared over more than one link....load balancing.
