local alarm on E1/T1 card

Hi, I have a VWIC2-1MFT-T1/E1 card on 2801 router with orange led of local alarm active.

What this means? What is the cause of this alarm?

I try to find some docs about E1/T1 alarm but I don't find anything.

Do do not use colors to judge alarms because these can change from a model to another.

Do "show controllers E1" and it will tell you everything about.
