log message question

I am getting this message in the log every 5 min "RTR responder null keyPtr, id= 1" The error message decoder says not found. Any ideas what this is?

RTR is Response Time Reporter which I believe developed into IP SLA (associated with Object Tracking). Do you have any RTR, IP SLA, or Object Tracking configured on this device? Or have any device in the network trying to track this device?
