when you say "MPLS" what exactly do you mean? The 1801, 2691, 3700 routers all support MPLS. They do not support all MPLS applications though. F.e. with Ethernet over MPLS there are still a lot of hardware/software restrictions. What generally is supported is plain label switching. Also MPLS L3VPN PE functionality is present. You might however still find that some new features are missing in the "small" routers (f.e. ISIS as PE-CE protocol).
So you might want to check the Feature navigator for specific things you are interested in (www.cisco.com/go/fn).
Regarding VoIP transport, they all support the nessessary QoS features to properly prioritize the traffic, so no restrictions from this side to be expected.
