Can some one help me on what the Alarm Minor and Major specify in this context on a 12406 GSR?

The alarm leds on the alarm cards in the GSR chassis have only very limited meaning and can be ignored. If there is any minor, major or critical alarm on the router this will be signalled with appropriate logging messages, which should be used as indicators instead of leds. This can be cleared by the following command:

Router# clear facility-alarm environment
