Maximum ISP speed supported on 1921 or 1941

Hi,

I read through data sheet that 1921 and 1941 supports with concurrent speed enabled up to 15 MB and 25MB respectively.

What does that means?

Does that means I can't use WAN speed of more than that on one interface or overall wan speed?

I do have two links of 15MB and 10MB with me.Going to use this router for link termination and link aggreation.

Which router should I go for?
