I am stimulating MPLS In IPV6, Here I am getting some error like this... Please help me on this.

Hello Sharon,
currently no hope it is not supported up to now. In any case, future developments will be on standard based LDP rather then TDP I recommend you to use LDP if possible in your tests
there are some drafts like
https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-mpls-ldp-ipv6-07
but it didn't become an RFC

Hello Sharon,
you need an IPv4 infrastructure to run MPLS, the router is complaining it cannot find a valid IPv4 ip address on the device.
MPLS services includes IPv6 connectivity services but the backbone must run IPv4.
RFC 1918 private IP addresses can be used for this.
