We changed version to E3 12.1.27b that is the last one available on the web Cisco that this router admits, has only 64Megas RAM, but still giving errors:

I think we have a problem with memory. What do you think? What can I do?

If we have to buy more memory How can I tell how much memory needed to manage all the processes?

Re: Memory allocation failed

The requested memory allocation is not available from the specified memory pool. The router memory has been exhausted or fragmented. This condition may be caused by the current system configuration, the network environment, or a software error.

Recommended Action is Check the minimum memory requirements for your system configuration. If your system meets those requirements, this condition is probably caused by a software failure. To take advantage of recent fixes, upgrade your system to the latest Cisco IOS software release
