How to get the exact memory inventory of the router? thanks,

While there are several commands that can be used to investigate the memory of the router, I believe that the easiest and best is the show version command. There is a line in the output that will tell what memory is installed on the router. On some platforms it will divide the memory showing the main memory and the I/O memory separately.

I would interpret this as a 7206 with 256 MB of RAM. It also has 64 MB flash card in slot 2 and 16 MB of onboard flash.

how do you get the 256MB, what formula do u use?

add the 229376K for main memory and the 32768K for I/O memory from the line

and convert to MB.
