Hi,
We have 10Mbps Metro Ethernet link terminated in the FE.Problem is when the link is giving problem it is not switching over to the redundant path bcoz the FE0/1 is showing UP only when we remove the cable/shutdown the interface it is switching over.
Can you provide the solution when there is a metro link problem it should transfer to the redundant link.
Note : HSRP configured in FE0/0.

This is a common problem when your last mile is ethernet.
You need to use enhanced dobject tracking with HSRP for this.

I had the same probelm using EIGRP and MetroE. I used the following two commands on the ethernet interface to fine tune EIGRP hold and hello timers which worked great failing to a higher cost link. Not sure if this helps you with HSRP but good luck:
ip hello-interval eigrp 999 1
ip hold-time eigrp 999 4
