Migrating from one Carrier's MPLS to another Carrier's MPLS network...

Has anyone switched providers before and run 2 separate MPLS networks as sites were cut over?  What are some strategies you may have used to make sure there was still continuity between the 2 networks as you were migrating?  How did you assure sites on the original network were still able to reach the sites that were cut over to the new network?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...and of course we are talking about a CISCO network...

Easiest way is to have a common site that connects to both MPLS networks. The common site would have 2 routers, one that connects to the old MPLS network and one that connects to the new. Traffic transiting between MPLS networks in effect has to go through a hub site, bit counterintuitive for MPLS I know as it is an any to any network but it is only temporary.
