MLFR or Multilink PPP - 4 T1's vendor says CEF

We're getting 4 T1's and I was thinking MultilinkFR or Multilink PPP. But the vendor is saying ML PPP is new (?) and they suggest using "CEF bonded" T's. Anyone have suggestion on MLFR vs. MLPPP vs. "CEF bonded"? From the forums it appears that MLFR and MLPPP (as well as CEF) are in wide use, are there problems with any of these (other than monitoring individual links) or is the vendor just being lazy? Or is the vendor just right?

I have both MLFR and MLPPP on my wan and both are CPU hogs. CEF "bonded" might be better from that standpoint. However, working with multilink interfaces thus one ip address has its advantages too; applying policies etc. is easier with MLx.

HTH pls rate!

avoid the CEF solution... it is not as good or transparent as MLPPP.

If your routers have CPU problems get faster routers (like a 2811 or bigger). So that means 2800, or 3800 series...

Avoid using 2600/3600 series- THEY ARE DINOSAURS in modern networks...
