Modify the Output of Mac- address Table

Question.

if we give sh mac-addess-table command we will find somewht this output in switch

VLAN Mac Address Type Ports

IF there is any mac address connected to a port and VLAN and but I want the mac-address should look in the way i want..i.e. somewht 0001.0001.0001 instead of original one

Can it can be done...

This is possible and there are some commands for this which i am confused will run on all IOS or not...

Use this command this helps you to view Mac address details

show mac-address-table vlan - Displays information about the MAC address table for a specific VLAN.

show mac-address-table address - Displays the information about the MAC-address table.

show mac-address-table count - Displays the number of entries currently in the MAC address table.
