why I couldn't see my neighbor Host(device) name.on active MPLS connection.

Could you explain further the connection between these hosts I assume that CE-PE connection has problem how is the connection established MP-BGP , static?

Can you ping the egress interface of the PE router from Ce router and also ping via the routing instance
