mpls redundancy over gre tunnel

i have two cisco router model 2921 connected with two circuit  vpn over mpls  with one isp. we need configure gre tunnel for two circuit ,

also how can configure two circuit to operate active - passive . if one of these circuit down all information go through second circuit .

if can configure active - active for two circuits.

please help me urgent

Please be a little more clear about your topology ...

Are you saying that you have 2 separate mpls providers connected to each of the 2900 routers?  And you want to create a gre tunnel that can use either ISP as transport, in an active/backup scenario?

If not, please be more clear on your physical topology and desired means of packet transport.
