MSTP vs. RSTP

What iff, if one switch is running RPVST & the other is running MSTP? What are the compatibility issues or any other thing to consider.

if i enable 'spanning-tree mode rapid-pvst' command on Cisco switches, then what will be the behavior? Either RSTP enable or RPVST.

The problem we are facing that when we enable RSTP on Cisco switch & RSTP on Non Cisco switch, bith are not compatible/not working together.

Any idea?

The command you posted will enable Rapid Per-Vlan Spanning Tree (RPVST).

Please read the link I provided on compatibilities.
