Hi,
Can I configure multilink PPP over two E3 circuits? Can the circuits be with different vendors i.e Verizon and BT or do they have to be with the same vendors.
One side of the link will be a Cisco 3845 the other a Cisco 6500 with FlexWAN.
Any advice well rated!

Cisco doesn't say neither yes or nay regarding official support for MLPPP on high speed circuits. I guess the only choice is to try and see.
Circuits can be anything as long they're clean.

Assuming that you have both the E3 Leased lines terminating on the same devices across, there should be no problem even if both are through different vendors. Only the end devices should matter for MLPPP.
Only the following PAs support mlppp on flexwan.
PA-MC-E3
PA-MC-T3
PA-MC-2T3+
Also both the lines should terminate on the same PA. Multilink cannot span accross PAs. This is a restriction.
